Important deadlines

Abstract format: a half page.  Abstract submission deadline: September 15th, 2019

There is no conference fee, but all the participants are kindly asked to register for organisation reasons and in order to provide entrance authorization access.

Registration deadline: July 31th, 2019

As registrations will be processed in chronological order, authors submitting abstracts for talks and posters should take care to register early enough to secure their registration.
